This website dedicates as special fund raiser pages to our loved ones and beloved pets
who have gone to the Rainbow Bridge and who will remain forever in our hearts.

Get a memorial

You can honour your loved ones and your pets by submitting a memorial in their name with a donation.
Each donation will give a rescue Westie the chance for a new life.
These special pages are open to everyone, members and non members alike.

When you make a donation, we will send a personalized card to the recipient you have designated acknowledging your gift
and your memorial will be posted on our memorial pages with their tribute.

 

Types of Memorials

We offer 2 templates:

a template with a rainbow bridge

a template with stars in the sky

and 3 types of memorials for each:

1. the name of person or pet, the dates of birth and death, the name of owner and/or donor for a minimum donation of $10 (example)
2. same as 1 above, plus one picture and 2 short paragraphs of your choice for a fee of $40 minimum (example)
3. same as 1 plus 2-3 pictures, one full private page with text, for a fee of $75 (example)

We hope to have soon memorial submission forms online and payment online. Meanwhile, Here are the simple steps for submitting your Memorial by mail:

1.  Click here to download a PDF version of the Memorial Submission form that you can complete and mail to the Rescue Division of the CWHWTC.  

2.  Return the completed form and photo if applicable to CWHWTC Rescue, a/s Monique Courtois, 3035 Beauclerk, Montreal, Qc, H1N 3J9. Make your cheque or money order payable to CWHWTC Rescue. 

3.  Your Memorial will be posted on the CWHWTC website memorial pages as soon as possible after receipt.
